High Court annuls asylum for white S. Africans

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The Supreme Court overturned on Monday a ruling that federal law for political asylum in the United States covered a white South African family who faced threats from blacks angry at the racism of one of their relatives.
The high court unanimously sided with the Justice Department and ruled that a federal appeals court was wrong to decide the issue on its own, instead of sending the case back to immigration authorities for additional review.

“In a unanimous, unsigned ruling, the high court said the central question in the case — whether persecution of a family is a basis for asylum — must first be addressed by immigration courts, an arm of the Justice Department, before federal judges can review it. The court said the ruling in the case by the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco was premature.
The court did not discuss whether the couple, Michelle and David Thomas, and their two children were eligible for asylum. That question will now be reconsidered by the immigration courts, which have previously ruled against the Thomases and ordered their deportation.
The Thomases are white. Michelle Thomas testified that her husband’s father, a construction company foreman known as ‘Boss Ronnie,’ was a brutal racist whose black workers took out their anger on her family.
Among other things, she said, their dog was poisoned, their car was vandalized, a black man wearing overalls with the company name threatened to kill her, and a group of black men tried to grab her baby daughter out of her arms.
The family entered the United States in May 1997, settled in Ventura County and applied for asylum when their visa expired, arguing that their treatment in South Africa amounted to persecution because the government was unable or unwilling to protect them.
The Thomases claim they are covered by a U.S. federal law making asylum available to those who face persecution because of their membership in a ‘social group,’ a phrase the law does not define. Courts have recently interpreted the term to include gays and lesbians and, in some circumstances, abused women.
In the Thomas case, the appeals court ruled 7-4 in June that a family, persecuted because of its relationships, can constitute a social group….”

Had they been non-White, they would have been seen as members of a persecuted minority – which of course Whites are in South Africa.
South Africa is an example of Whites giving up an entire nation without a fight. But it doesn’t apply entirely to Westerners, as the South Africans who refuse to live under the Negro have other places to go. We won’t have that, when all Whites in the West are minorities. Another difference is that resistance is meaningless in South Africa as the West would turn its might against those who resist. When American Whites are a minority, there won’t be any bigger nation around, threatening to step in.

If ever a family qualifies for political refugee status, the Thomases do. Just because the black campaign of genocide against white South Africans is unorganized and in its incipient stages doesn’t mean it is not taking place. When South African blacks assemble in groups and start chanting “Kill the Boer”, they are not cheering for a football team. The black majority government doesn’t reject the Mugabe solution; they simply want to implement it more gradually and efficiently.

I’m not a big fan of Apartheid either, but the minimal decency would be to welcome in White countries every White South African willing to move, and on a collective basis. Everybody knows this place is a hell now. If Whites really were in charge, they would prefer those people to low IQ and dangerous shitskins as immigrants. But remember, all people in America and Europe share some responsibility for what’s going on, it’s too easy to say “that’s the tribe”.

Try to invest some of your money in Euro denominated assets. That way you make on the exchange rate as well as normal appreciation. Every dollar you convert into another currency is like a pinprick to Uncle Schmuely. Help see to it that in the end, he’s the one holding those worthless Federal Reserve notes. Wait until the oil producers demand payment in Euros. Can you say $8.00 a gallon? Hey, like they say, Think globally, act locally. The Kwa is not where its at – and won’t be. Nothing here but a long ride down the tubes. Protect what you’ve worked for. Invest it elsewhere – now.

Good advice from Jim. We don’t have to break the law to hurt ZOG. We can stop spending and investing in America. We can avoid taxes and barter with each other. Just consider, if one million white heads of households withhold $1.00 a day in sales taxes by buying less, or nothing, ZOG suffers a loss of at least $365 million a year revenue…. That’s about 1.5 days of funding for the Department of Defense. You who have been in the military: could one day without supplies be dangerous? Damn right it could.

America is really a 3,000 mile hog farm.

(ohh….i’d also be stock-piling tinned and dehydrated food, bottled water, medical supplies, batteries, guns, ammunition, clothes, spare parts, electrical generators….&c…….that all goes without saying!)
