This is reasonably good news. Expect a 5-4 vote from the high court siding with Arizona against the lower courts that blocked the important parts of SB1070.

    1. Tim McGreen Says:

Gee, I wonder how Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor will vote in this case?

    2. confederate Says:

      dead on arrival.

    3. Sgt. Skull Says:

The states passing restrictive immigration laws should do as they please regardless of court decisions. The far left ignores laws that don’t advance their agenda, so the spineless conservatives should follow suit.

Just because one or two cases occasionally go our way doesn’t mean the system works. Cultural Marxism is never, ever struck down by any court and never will be until American dissolves.

Oh, and La Raza has a staunch ally in Sotomayer. Who do we have?

    4. Luke Says:

Didn’t I see some mention on google news of this case that indicated that the jewess Kagan was going to excuse herself from this case, since she had some sort of involvement in the issue previous to her installation on the Court?

I live in the land of the hobbits here in socal,
these small wetbacks I’ve never seen the
      likes before.
They have small hands small feet, and this
      stupid califorina government allows these
small creatures to drive the big trucks like
Peterbilts or Freightliners and KW’s. When
these little hobbits climb out of these big
trucks it’s a sight to behold, they look like
8 or 10 years old children.
I just can’t see how these small wetbacks could
ever pass the medical on a Cdl. any where!

    6. fd Says:

It’s none of the federal governments business how Arizona manages immigration.

The checks and balances are comprised of 3 federal branches. It’s the fox guarding the hen house.
