Sir or Madam:
I write to inform you of a court case involving a First-Amendment issue. If you would like to get involved, I could use your help. My name is Alex Linder and you can reach me at 660 665 8210 and [email protected] .
I held a rally in Knoxville on May 26, 2007. It was covered (including picture of me being arrested by cops) in the News Sentinel on Sunday. I am being charged with 1) disorderly conduct; 2) resisting arrest; 3) assaulting an officer; 4) vandalism. All this because I refused to go through a metal detector into the area they designated for the “pro” side. Instead, I went to the position I needed to be in — directly facing the public and antis, which position they called a neutral zone and claimed I was not allowed in.
So, the issue is, at what point does the cops’ constraint of the circumstances of my speech become unConstitutional infringement? I say that line was crossed. I did not apply for a permit for this rally. I made it known explicitly, publicly and repeatedly that, as a man without a criminal record, and whom the cops have no probable cause to molest, I am free to choose where and to whom I deliver my remarks.
My arraignment is June 4th at 10 a.m. at the Fourth Sessions Court on the main floor of the City-County Building (400 Main St., Knoxville). I’d appreciate your help. Free speech is a common interest, even if we disagree on the rest. White nationalists are the canary in the coal mine. If I am only allowed to speak where no one can hear me, then I am being denied my First Amendment right to free speech.

It is unlikely the ACLU will help or even respond to a circuit court criminal complaint. They would most likely wait for it to go to an appellate court. I also doubt the ACLU really cares about free speech. I think they are politically anti anything thats good for our people. The ACLU has claimed all sorts of filth from NAMBLA to any other pro fag anti white group is about free speech. Well the ACLU lies they don’t care about free speech. We will see! Anyway a good picture. Your better off talking to states attorney yourself and take a misdemeanor plea agreement to disorderly conduct to get them to drop the rest of the charges. The court system and states attorney always overcharges a case to intimidate the accused and make it cost a lot more to pay a lawyer to defend you. What ever you do do not accept a felony, appeal appeal appeal… And get your record expunged.

All of those charges, you could’ve easily avoided, if any of them are true. How in the hell are they charging you for vandalism, anyway?
Also, I recommend that you censor your phone number. Do you want the whole world to call you?

If the authorities want to set up a metal detector you are compelled to pass through on a public street they should at least have to get a court order to do so. Did all the spics and reds with their pro-invasion/hate- the-gringo rallies have to pass through metal detectors? Of couse not. I’d like to know the standards that determine when a highly intrusive police pressence and extraordinary “pro-active” security measures are required when First Amendment rights are being exercised.

I’ll tell you what: there are Jewish lawyers left who would take that case — and win, as much from ability and dedication as from operating in a system subservient to their presence. I can’t recall if it was Ribbentrop or Neurath who requested a “good Jewish lawyer” at Purimfest, 1946. I’d rather have one on my side than Steele, not at all from personal, but strictly professional preference.

I wish you hadn’t gotten yourself arrested. But, now that you have, I agree with poster above. Agree to a lesser misdemeanor charge and be done with it. Don’t belabor all of this. It’s time to use this public attention and do something good for Channon and Christopher and get the word out about VICIOUS SAVAGE BLACK ON WHITE CRIME AND THE FACT THAT THE MEDIA IS COVERING THIS SHIT UP!!!!
Move on with your life as quickly as possible and let’s get this show back on the road, fellas. Strike while the iron is hot. If Channon’s and Chrisopher’s families aren’t going to call a spade a spade, then it’s up to us to do it for Channon and Christopher!
Let’s all plan to be at the rally, if Stormfront is still planning one, on June 16th (I think), and let’s make a statement that cannot be ignored. I couldn’t make this one, but I will be at the next one come hell or high water.
And let’s start to call the media on the fact that they always want to call people like us “white supremacists” instead of “white nationalists” as we are. These unprofessional moronic idiots need to be taken to task for their lies and deceit.
People can accuse us of “using” Channon and Christopher to call attention to our side, but we must continue to make them see it’s not “our side” but the side of “truth” and “reality” that matters here.
And truth and reality are being camouflaged by a lying, agenda driven media who doesn’t want anything to divert anyone’s attention from their goal of multiculturalism and diversity.
Whatever happens, get it over with the least amount of pain for you and get on with your life. Don’t let the leftist losers deflect the purpose of all of this which is to bring attention to the plight of black on white crime.

Alex is right. At what point can police just violate people’s right to walk anywhere they want in a public place, simply because it happens to have some orange fencing up?
Some things need to be fought and arbitrary limits need to be pushed. I mean, is it to be just accepted that the borders of any protest become a de facto minimum security prison, where you can’t go in or out of the borders unless you go through the gate?
Just another example of the real problems not being dealt with properly. Threat of violence usually comes from niggers/mexicans and anti-racists… and when they riot the penalty is never sufficient to prevent FUTURE violence, so they use the ineffectiveness of the penalty as justification for a police-state. A book could be written on this subject alone, that freedom goes hand-in-hand with the proper administering of penalties to those who infringe other people’s freedom.

There was a photo circulating, not long ago, of a protest near where George II was speaking– an area that was dubbed the Free Speech Zone. Cops were spraying MACE on the protesters through the chain link. That is where we are, today, Free Speech ZONES. A challenge should be made at the highest levels but that is not likely to happen. This one is coming along quite nicely and maintaining it is not for the faint hearted.
Increasingly police and police chiefs remind me of wannabes– ambulance drivers, police “cadets,” and police Explorer Scouts, often chubby, maybe a bit retarded in their social if not mental development, and believing too often believing that might makes right and invoking the defense that “I was following orders,” which did not work at Nuremberg. Either these toadies are held accountable for civil rights violations or the blatant double standard makes a mockery of The System.

The ACLU is headed and directed by Orthodox Jews, their main goal has been to serve and protect old line communist, radical niggers and facilitate legal attacks against Christianity. I really don’t give a damn about the Xtians, as a group they are too stupid to deal with – but the ACLU will NOT protect the interest of any White political organization or individual. At most, they would use Mr. Linder for their own propaganda purposes – assign their most obnixious lefist Jew attorney to “represent” him, thus claiming to represent “all” viewpoints and showing how weak the WN movment is. Better start planning for these contingincies in advance if you are going to demonstrate.

Unfortunately, many in this movement speak/behave as though they really were white supremacists rather than white nationalists. Referring to non-whites as “shitskins” and “subhumans” as some of us do doesn’t exactly convey the impression that we’re anything other than what our detractors claim we are.

I remember a story that was in the news a few years ago about a police academy graduate who wasn’t hired by the police force BECAUSE HIS IQ WAS TOO HIGH (I am not making this up!). Apparently the police force (somewhere in the U.S.) had a specific policy about this. It’s not even that his IQ was spectacularly high; it was just slightly above average. But that was still too high for them.

Which was, of course, ridiculous, because soldiers HAVE to follow orders. The military could not function if soldiers didn’t follow orders, which is why those who disobey them get court-martialled. “I was following orders” was a perfectly valid defense. The only reason it was rejected was because the Nuremberg trials were political show trials.

I’m more worried about the niggers than the jews. American press refuses to air stories about nigger crime, they refuse to identify niggers as even being black in most cases. The fact is, these subhumans overbreed and are full of crime and violence. They touch themselves inappropriately in public and are not arrested for it. The Police don’t often arrest niggers for nigger on human assaults and our gov’t keeps on handing them free apartments and welfare checks and food stamps. How about the novel concept of sterilizing them until they have significant savings to properly care for a child, demanding that they be licensed before they can breed, and forcing any nigger that fathers or mothers more than one niglet in their lifetime to spend 20 years in iraq pumping oil?
