“Desegregation” orders were only supposed to be used as a remedy in cases where the public school system had been segregated by law, as in the South.

Arizona’s public schools were never segregated by law and, thus, there was no valid legal basis for ordering them to be “desegregated”.

We’re not talking about a “desegregation” order here.

We’re talking about a brazen Soviet-style forced integration order that was created and issued by judicial fiat.

Correct me if I’m wrong but I don’t think the old Brezhnev style Soviet empire ever had a policy of forced racial integration.

I’m sure there have been 20,000 or so half-breeds born from brainwashed white girls as a result of this program. The Beast got what it wanted.

I don’t think it did either, but that’s beside the point.

The way this “desegregation” order was concocted and imposed on the schools was exactly the kind of thing you’d expect to see in the old Soviet Union where the authorities simply ignored the written law whenever it became an obstacle to achieving their objectives.

The other point is that ideologically the USA of the 70’s wasn’t much better that the reds of old. I would ague that if we beleive race is in fact more important than economic prosperity or ‘democracy’ then the KWA of th 00’s is worse than evil empire ever was, nyet?

Very good point. Obviously, you cannot de-segregate what was never segregated in the first place.

Prior to 1951, racial segregation was required in Arizona elementary schools, and segregation was optional in high schools.
