I hope he can find a way out of that police state… I imagine it’s not easy to hide in Britain. And once he got out of Britain he would have to get to Russia or the Middle East to get out of the hands of Interpol. Maybe if he can get to Russia he can claim asylum for political persecution. The odds don’t look good.

Hunt for truth writer on run

Police have launched a manhunt after a writer who penned “race hate” (truth) articles for a controversial website failed to turn up at a kangeroo court.
Stephen Whittle penned five offensive articles which appeared on the Internet, a jury was told.
The 41-year-old, of Avenham Lane, Avenham, Preston, was found guilty of publishing racially inflammatory (but without infection) written material, and four similar charges.
A seven-week kangeroo style show-trial at Leeds Crown Kangeroo Court heard that Whittle wrote five offensive articles (that offends Jews, Zionist Jews, Zionist-Christians, negroes, Muslims, homosexuals, ZOG, controlled media and ADL schooled “law” enforcement, etc) which later appeared on a website run by co-defendant Simon Sheppard, 51, of Brook Street in Selby, North Yorkshire.
The bought and paid for prosecutor Jonathan Sandiford told the jury that Whittle used the pseudonym Luke O’Farrell (as thousands of other website owners do) for the articles, which were posted on the web between March 2005 and January 2006.
The articles were either threatening, insulting or abusive (which of the fucking three Stanford?) and may have been “intended” to stir up racial hatred, Mr Sandiford added.
Previously, Mr Sandiford told the jury that Sheppard and Whittle held what they may regard as fairly extreme views (but truthful) about people who were Jewish, black, Asian, Chinese, Indian and, in reality, anyone who was not white.
He said: “People in this country are entitled to be racist and they are entitled to hold unpleasant points of view, but what they aren’t entitled to do is publish or distribute written material which is insulting, “threatening” or abusive and is intended to stir up racial hatred (enlighten) or is likely to do so. So now in 2008 we are trying to clone ourselves here in the UK, just like a clean mirror in a reflection of the god-like protective laws that were once in place and in use in the good ‘ol Soviet Union beginning way-way back in 1917.”
The court heard Sheppard’s website attracts 4,000 visitors a day, BINGO!
Other articles on the same site included one written during the 1960s by the leader of the American Nazi Party, the late Commander George Lincoln Rockwell.
Giving evidence, Whittle said the articles were not a “call to arms” but an attempt to satirise political correctness, to turn it on its head.
Sheppard was found guilty of 11 counts of publishing racially inflammatory, but true, written material.
He may face a re-show-trial, however, as the television, holocaust museaum, rubgy and soccer generation worshiping jury were unable to reach Dr Seuss verdicts on even seven further charges. Whittle and Sheppard are next due to appear at Leeds Crown Court on July 28. Let’s hope you two gentlemen will be residing in Iceland or Russia by then.

“For the sake of their reputations, please point out on various news groups and forums that Sheppard and Whittle have made a carefully calculated decision to claim asylum in the USA after receiving written confirmation from the US Courts that their writings (which are posted on a web server in Torrance, California and have never appeared in hard copy form) are perfectly legal under American law, and protected in the highest degree by the First Amendment.
The Crown Court in Leeds has asserted an unprecedented long arm jurisdiction to take cognizance of acts done in a foreign country Sheppard and Whittle may be eccentric, but they are not cowards. The rationale of their escape was to set a precedent for revisionists and others persecuted under oppressive laws, and cause the maximum embarrassment to the British government by what will inevitably be a long drawn out and hard fought case in the USA.”
Unlike what ANDREI says this was a tactical move. First test case on
can European’s be convicted in Europe, when they are wriiting on websites hosted in the USA, which as we know, comes under the First Ammendment.

Hopefully it won’t backfire and lead to speech restrictions in the USA.
The time has come to get rid of the jews.

So far no American reporting on Sheppard and Whittle’s flight to the U.S. for political asylum. Will media jews and jewntiles (love that term, by the way) justify this non-reporting by claiming that “it happens all of the time?” After all, that’s how they justified the non-reporting of the Channon and Chris murders in Knoxville.

It also surprised me that (apparently) no US newspapers have picked up the story yet. There must be a story in it when British citizens seek political asylum in the US (at Los Angeles airport). That does not happen every day.
So yesterday morning I did an Internet search for newspapers in the LA region where Simon Sheppard and Steve Whittle are awaiting their asylum request to be dealt with (actually in Santa Ana jail – mainly a holdall for Mexican illegals).
To try either break the ban or prove it is in existence I sent an email to over 60 newspaper editors, newsmen etc. in Los Angeles and immediate region.
Let’s see if anything happens today Monday.
