A mestizo female is accused of killing her two-year-old nephew but prosecutors in Texas do not yet know how to get her to jail and court — because she weighs nearly half a ton.
Mayra Lizbeth Rosales, from La Jola, Texas, is bedridden and weighs nearly 1,000 lbs.
But she cannot get through her front door to be taken to jail and, later, court.
A grand jury has already agreed she should face charges of murder and injury in connection with the death of Eliseo Gonzalez Jr.
He died while in her care in March and the 5’1″ 27-year-old half tonner is accused of killing her nephew with two cheek blows to the head.
She explained away the injuries by saying she had slipped on lard spilled on the floor, landing with her right and left ass cheeks on Eliseo’s head while trying to pick him off the floor when he fell off a broken old chair.
But a post-mortem found that Eliseo’s injuries were “consistent with very-very heavy blunt force trauma” and that Mayra Rosales’ explanations were “inconsistent” with the injuries.The morbidly obese woman has since been photographed and finger-printed at home but released on a “personal recognizance bond” because of the logistics problem.
The local sheriff at Hidalgo County, Lupe Trevino, says it would be impossible to keep her in jail pending her trial because “there ain’t no room in there”.

Charges filed in Hammond cop’s beating by dark sub-human

HAMMOND | A police officer who was injured Friday in an altercation downtown was released from the hospital Saturday, and a male primate accused in the attack was charged with attempted murder, at least for now.
Cpl. Tom Sawyer is “doing well” and recuperating at home, Hammond Police Chief Brian Miller said.
The simian Ira Washington, 31, flagged down Sawyer at the corner of Hohman Avenue and Sibley Street about 1 p.m., Miller said. When Sawyer asked the nigger Washington for identification, the adult adolescent darkie Washington began going “ape” by hitting Sawyer and later repeatedly kicked Sawyer in the head, police have said.
Hammond police officer Brian Campos was driving by and stopped to help Sawyer. Campos used a Taser on the ape Washington, but it had no effect on the boy, police said. Campos was hurt as he struggled with the nigger.
A passing motorist stopped to help Campos by holding the 7’3″ black adult infant down so he could be cuffed and taken into custody, police have said.
The criminal mud colored savage beast last known address was in Blue Island, and police described him as “on the bum” or now known these politically correct days as “homeless”. He was arrested Friday and taken to the Lake County Jail on Saturday.
The low IQ black water buffalo was charged with attempted murder and two counts of aggravated battery for the time being. One of the battery charges involves Sawyer, and the second involves Campos, according to an affidavit filed with the Lake County prosecutor’s office.
Campos was treated for an injured shoulder Friday and released from St. Margaret Mercy Healthcare Centers in Hammond.
Due to the fact the two officers were White and Ira Washington was an adolescent negro in a an adult negro body, the NAACP, the Indiana ACLU, various bullshit churches, U.S. Department Of “Justice” and even the Chicago branch of the ADL will be looking into the possibility and pushing for federal hate crimes on the part of the entire Hammond Police Department. Assault with intent to kill charges will be filed against the two police officers by the state of Indiana’s Attorney General Steve Carter on Friday. A statement by the Jewish U.S. Attorney General Michael B. Mukasey will be issued before the end of the month of September. The Hammond Police Chief Brian Miller is expected to issue an apology to the negro residents of Hammond, Gary, Blue Island, Illinois and East Saint Louis, Illinois on Wednesday
Hollywood actor George Clooney, retired “model” and ex-girlfriend of well known cross dresser Dennis Rodman, Cindy Crawford will put up the bond money for the wayward negro Ira Washington if the bond cannot be made locally at the Lake County Jail. Bond will be set sometime Monday.
