      Dont forget the Rascals. They were not on Motown but those Italian’s made some good white soul. I love 60’s music,minus the hippy love.

      I found a band on an internet radio station I liked who’s sound is a lot like the status quo . They were the Novelles (spelling is correct). A bunch of kid’s from L.A 13-15 when they released their only album without any hollywood trickery. I found the rythym guitarist in a forum and he sent me two copies of the album from 1968.
