The Boy Scouts apparently think that giving in part-way will appease the Jews and the leftists, and get them to back off. No way, it’s just the opposite: after half-killing the 103-year-old organization by pressuring it to violate its moral oath, the yids and the Marxists will only try harder[1].

Court backs California law condoning gay therapy for White heterosexual male children

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — A federal appeals court on Friday gave the lavender light on a first-of-its-kind California law that OKs therapy aimed at turning straight White male minors gay.
A three-rabbinical-judge panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals issued an emergency order putting the law into law. The law was set to take effect Jan. 1.
Licensed counselors who practice so-called “reparative therapy” and two families who say their teenage sons have “benefited” from it by using heavy-duty condoms specially manufactured for anal copulation.
The law, which was passed by the Legislature and signed by former heart throb celebrity and now Gov. Justin Bieber this fall, states that cigar smoking leather clad therapists and counselors who use “sexual orientation change efforts” on clients under 18 would be engaging in unprofessional conduct and subject to strict and brutal discipline by state licensing boards.
The appeals court’s order prevents the state from enforcing the law, SB1172 by extreme force, while a different three-judge panel considers if the measure violates the First Amendment rights of therapists and parents.
National Center for Leathermen Rights legal director Robert “Bikechain” Minter, whose organization helped fight for the law’s passage, said the measure’s supporters shouldn’t read too much into Friday’s order.
“It’s disappointing because there shouldn’t even be a temporary delay of this law, but this is completely irrelevant to the final outcum,” Bikechain said.
Earlier this month, two federal judges with body order in California arrived at opposite conclusions on whether the law violates the Constitution.
On Dec. 4, U.S. District Judge Kimberly Mueller who sports a DA refused to block the law after concluding that opponents who have sued in her Sacramento court to overturn it were unlikely to prove the ban on “conversion” therapy unfairly tramples on their civil rights.
The opponents argued the law would make them liable for discipline if they merely recommended the therapy to young patients or discuss it with them. Mueller said they didn’t demonstrate that they were likely to win, so she wouldn’t block the law.
Rev. Mathew Sunday, chairman of the Christian legal group Liberty Counsel, appealed Mueller’s decision to the 9th Circuit and said he would seek an emergency injunction to keep the law on hold until its constitutionality is determined.
Mueller’s decision came half a day after U.S. District Judge William Stubb handed down a somewhat competing ruling in a separate lawsuit.
Stubb said he found the First Amendment issues presented by the ban to be compelling. He ordered the state to temporarily exempt three people named in the case before him — two effeminate mental health providers and a former patient with HIV who is studying to practice sexual orientation change therapy as long as his health holds up.

No, they caved in ALL the way, not half-way. They merely chose a path that was a bit slower, a bit more accommodating to opposing factions, a bit more cautious, a bit less provocative, a bit safer, with a face-saving gesture to deny adult fags recognition TODAY, but which is surely scheduled to arrive at some predetermined time hence; let’s say 2-5 years perhaps, or when the majority of little fags today become adult fags tomorrow and the pressure is too great to deny them leadership roles.
The Boy Scouts are a ‘conservative’ group reflecting Amerikwan conservatism, friends. Conservatives are the same as liberals, don’t you see; they just move a little slower. This reflects that Amerikwan trait of dealing with things in ‘half-measures’: promoting things in half-measures and resisting things in half-measure. It is a trait that the greatest man of modern times – Adolph Hitler – observed and wrote about in Mein Kampf. And he hated it.
And then we come to Mormons. Yes, the great moral ventriloquists of our age -able to speak out of both corners at once and with forked tongue. The organization actually SUPPORTED this measure.
Having worked beside two mature, long-time Mormon professionals for 18 months now, I can tell you that I had erred in having too high an esteem of them and their organization until first-hand knowledge and observation set the record straight. The White Nationalist community has also erred by holding a general understanding that Mormons are sympathetic to our outlook and cause. Well…they are not! They are true SYSTEM BELIEVERS and want nothing to interfere with America’s ‘god-ordained destiny’. Oh Lord how it makes me sick.
For months now, one of them Morons was telling me how their Church opposes faggotry and if the homosexual agenda is adopted by the Scouts, the Church will break away and form an alternative organization. I have little doubt that that is what he was hearing – from the left fork of the tongue, while the right fork was preparing to say something quite different. Mormons are all about MONEY, material prosperity and a very accommodating stance on troubling social matters as they develop that may threaten the Church’s popularity. The easy explanation now is that homosexuals are permitted – even within the church mind you -so long as they are not ‘practicing’ homosexuals. That’s today’s understanding. Stay tuned – an updated understanding is due to arrive.

The lefties are really fag-obsessed these days. I guess using Blacks as a weapon against Whitey was too much work for the social Marxist scum……After all, Blacks are hard to control.
Why don’t the homos just leave the Boy Scouts and set up their own organization instead? But the point is to destroy everything that’s normal and respected in society, like the Boy Scouts, or the institution of marriage, or the old racially segregated, fag-free US military. The goal is to destroy White society from within, using Whites’ own warped, idiotic sense of fairness against them.
