Justices Should Have Recused Themselves Re: Queer-Marriage Ruling

If a certain issue is personal, a judge should recuse himself/herself from a case featuring that same issue. Obviously, your sexuality is very personal (especially if you’re a queer, because then you bring your sexuality into every part of your life, as we have seen with the queer community in America, i.e., queers are not simply “Americans,” they are “gay Americans.” They are “gay” first and foremost). Can that court ruling on queer marriage be reversed now?

Civil marriage isn’t something desirable; it is a tool for creditors and a way to get discounts from their associates, the banks and insurance companies.
