This is a great idea. I can think of all sorts of things that could be amended/repealed. For starters, why not repeal the unconstitutional/never-ratified 14th Amendment (deals with “civil rights”/birthright citizenship), the 19th Amendment (women voting), the unconstitutional Civil Rights Act of 1964, the genocidal 1965 Hart-Celler Act (immigration) and the 1996 Lautenberg Act (gun […]

– Creating a Moratorium on Immigration into America – Abolishing or Amending Affirmative Action (it’s unconstitutional and racist against Whites; it restricts freedom of association) – Abolishing or Amending the Civil Rights Acts of 1964 and 1968 (they’re unconstitutional and racist against Whites; they restrict freedom of association) – Abolishing the Federal Reserve System (it’s […]

Unfortunately, this current Supreme Court is majority-non-White [1], and, Justice Scalia just died, so any ruling by the court probably will not reflect the intentions of America’s founders re: gun ownership [2]; in fact, America’s founders would no doubt find the current court to be illegitimate. [Article]. . [1] Out of the 9 (now 8) […]

Ha-ha!! As if!! As if politicians (and judges) follow the Constitution today anyway! How was the 2003 Iraq War constitutional? Did Saddam threaten America? How was Roe v. Wade constitutional? How are the hundreds of gun-control laws in America (e.g., New York City’s) constitutional? How is the Lautenberg Act constitutional? How is Affirmative Action constitutional? […]

It’s easy to get arrested for domestic violence these days: depending on which state you live in, simply shouting at your wife can get you arrested. But here’s the special part: even if the domestic violence charge against you is a misdemeanor, you can never own a gun again. That’s right. Thanks to a Jewish […]

It’s bad enough that Jewish Senator Frank Lautenberg gave America the most heavy-handed anti-gun law ever (the 1996 Lautenberg Domestic Confiscation Act, which prohibits people who have been convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence from owning a gun; policemen are exempted from the law). Now, Sen. Lautenberg is calling for a ban on gun magazines which […]

Now that the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that owning a gun is an individual right and not a privilege granted by government bureaucrats, it’s time for gun owners to file legal challenges to the 1996 Lautenberg Act/Amendment. That Act, which came from Jewish senator Frank Lautenberg, prohibits anyone who has been convicted of misdemeanor […]
