Land has been a “commodity” for some time: in fact, people have bought and sold land since America was founded.

But this “new asset class” on Wall Street takes land into a new era. Do we want foreign billionaires using Wall Street to engage in endless land speculation that will drive the price of land sky high — far beyond what a normal person can afford? Like, a million dollars per acre? [1][2]. Do we want to allow our rivers and streams to be Wall Streeted? You know: a Jewish stockbroker in New York City playing fast-and-loose with other peoples’ money, with a phone glued to each ear, shouting on the market floor, thus sending land prices soaring? Just like all types of speculation, Jews will dominate this new land speculation, as Henry Ford said (he said Jews naturally engage in speculation because it’s in their blood).

Significantly, Hitler’s Nazi Party shunned land speculation, saying in Feb. 1920 that it desired the “prohibition of all speculation in land” (from plank 17 of a 25-plank Nazi political platform).

[1] Re: financial speculation (i.e., high-risk investments where you could easily lose your shirt. Speculation can be summed up as: “you’re waiting to harvest a crop that hasn’t even been planted yet”): if traders (investors) engage in “herd behavior” they can quickly push the price of anything sky-high. This is artificial demand, not normal/natural demand. It’s abnormal. Speculation can also create “bubbles” that will later burst (this happened in 2008, i.e., the subprime loan crisis, which was caused by pure greed over the housing market. Furthermore, and more generally, in the old days, if you wanted to buy something (like a shotgun), you saved up the money and then you bought it. The exceptions to that were cars and homes, which were usually financed with monthly payments. Today, people use credit cards to buy everything. Nobody saves their money anymore. As someone noted, without borrowing and loans and debt, a modern economy would stop working. A modern economy actually requires loans and debt to function! Imagine that! Re: the current U.S. Senate confirmation hearings for prospective U.S. Supreme Court justice Ketanji Brown Jackson. She is a Black federal judge. (As for defining “a woman”: duh, that’s just too easy. How about: “a human who has a womb”?? — and, consider it, I’m not even a federal judge! Heck, I didn’t even graduate college! What college did Jackson attend? Just kidding: she went to Harvard. Yes. Seriously. Harvard!).

We White people are a nation, and we must think like a nation.

“Nation” means “a group of people who are alike.” Such as the Japanese, for example. “Nation” does not refer to borders, only to people (although granted, borders are often involved, such as the border separating Russia and China. For years, the Jews were “a wandering nation” — so to speak — until they got their own state [Israel] in 1948; before that, the Jews were kicked out of 109 countries. A world record!).

America is a White Western country. Negroes are not White. Therefore, negroes cannot properly represent and defend Americans in the legal realm. This does not apply only to Blacks, of course. No non-Western people can properly represent and defend us in the legal realm: Browns, Jews, Asians, etc. are not Western.

I’m going to defer to Dr. William Pierce on this matter. Pierce would answer “no, Christianity is not for White people.” (In fact, it was Dr. Pierce who “cured me of Christianity” circa 1996 via his ADV broadcasts. “Barnaby Jones: a Quinn Martin production”: you would hear those words every week on the TV in 1974. (That was before cable TV. Back then, there were only 3 major TV networks [major channels], and the Jews controlled them all. So your choice was: Jew channel 1, Jew channel 2 or Jew channel 3. Some choice, huh? Just about every TV series from 1967-onward was a Quinn Martin production, e.g., The F.B.I., The Fugitive, The Invaders, Cannon, The Streets of San Francisco, Barnaby Jones. They often featured Black actors in them, although usually in minor roles [1]. There are still a lot of Quinn Martin show re-runs on the TV today, e.g., Cannon.

The name “Quinn Martin” sounds gentile, but he was a Jew: he was born Irwin Martin Cohn (1922-1987). Of course. Most of Hollywood is Jewish, so why would he be any different?
